2025 Spring Retreat - Seabeck 

The SSMQG 2025 Spring Retreat will be hosted at Seabeck Conference Center located at 13395 Lagoon Dr NW, Seabeck, WA 98380 from Friday, May 9, at 4 pm through Monday, May 12, at noon. The retreat cost is $395 and includes: access to the sewing studio during the previously stated hours, sleeping arrangements, and meals provided in the common building. The following meals are provided: Friday: dinner; Saturday: breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Sunday: breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Monday: breakfast and lunch. 

To register, you must complete and submit this form for the 2025 Spring Retreat. Space is limited to 18 individuals. Anyone who registers after the first 18, will automatically be placed on the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, individuals on the waitlist will be contacted by the retreat committee based on order of wait list registration. 

Registration for the retreat is open to active SSMQG members and is reserved based on the order complete registration forms are received and whose payments are received by the dates outlined below. 

• 1^st payment of $197.50 (or full payment of $395) received by SSMQG by February 25, 2025

• 2^nd/ Final payment of $197.50 received by SSMQG by March 25, 2025

Unlike past years, this year we will invoice the first 18 complete registrations received in one or two phases based on the registrant’s preference. If SSMQG does not receive the payment by either of dates outlined above, the registrant will automatically forfeit their registration spot and the first person on the waitlist will be offered the registration spot. 

What to expect after registration: 

• If your registration form results in a confirmed spot: 

• You will receive an email confirming your registration spot and via email receive an invoice based on your indicated invoicing preference within a few days. 

• You will receive emails with additional details as we get closer to the event. 

• If your registration results in the waitlist: 

• You will be notified via email that you are on the waitlist.  

• If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted by the retreat committee to confirm if you’re still interested in attending the retreat.  

• If at any point you are no longer interested on being on the waitlist, please contact Laura S so you can be removed.
