SSMQG Sew-In for Holiday Stockings

We are supporting a teen homeless organization by making 100 stockings (pattern will be provided) from donated fabric. 

These are fat stockings to fill with toiletries, snacks, sox, etc that will be donated (or bring some similar items to contribute) to these teens.

Use any colors.  The stockings have a lining, which folds over to make a cuff.  A drawstring tunnel is an option (cord will be provided). 

Bring any fabric you have from your stash that you want to donate, too.  Approximate size of the stocking is 21" X 14". 

Bring the usual Sew-In items: sewing machine, power cord and foot pedal, thread, bobbins, scissors, rotary cutters, etc.

The shop has irons and ironing boards, cutting tables, table & chairs.

Bring your lunch or we can order out.  We will provide snacks, and the mandatory chocolate.     

Maximum capacity is 10 sewists.
