Summer Sew-In Days at Mary's R House

We will repeat last summer’s fun Sew-Ins at my house on the big covered porch.  The focus will be Community Service Quilts. Please start at least one Community Service quilt, size and focus of your choice (baby, lap, twin, etc.) to meet our goal of 65 donation quilts this year.  You are very welcome to work on your own projects too!

We have lots of blocks, bundles, simple patterns, scraps, and yardage for you to choose from, and of course chocolate.  Sally F can provide batting for Community Quilts too.

Provided:  Ironing board and iron, cutting space, tables, chairs, electricity, design wall, lunch.  Please bring a food item to contribute to the potluck lunch (such as snacks, appetizers, crackers, bread, cheese, fruit, drinks, etc.)  I’ll provide iced tea, big salads, drink glasses, utensils, and plates/bowls.

Please bring your sewing machine, cord, pedal, quilting notions, your own projects.
