Improv Piecing the Gee's Bend Way

LeeAnn will be teaching her fabulous Gee’s Bend class again on Saturday, March 16, 10:30-4:00, at Stitches Quilt and Craft. Cost: $40 for members.

Learn the no-rules, no-rulers and no-ruminations way of making quilts the Gee's Bend way! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced quilter, this class will unlock your way to sewing with more freedom and fun. The results are always unexpected and "anything goes!"

You'll learn to make a four-block Gee's Bend style quilt that can be made larger. Or use your improv blocks for placemats, table runners, hot pads, or whatever you like.  

LeeAnn has taken several classes from the Gee's Bend quilt makers. She's made more than a dozen quilts using the Gee's Bend way, and continues to make more, just because it's so much so much fun.

Attendance is limited to 8 and sign ups are now open on our website. Open to non-members after March 1.
